The Parkwood Group is an independent financial intermediary firm providing trusted M&A advisory services to owners of privately held corporations looking to sell their business under confidential conditions. We focus on companies with sales revenues from $3 million to $30 million.

We aim to make the process as accommodating as possible while enhancing the transfer price of the business. We do this by understanding the owner's exit strategy, marketing to a national network of strategic and financial buyers and using a "deal team" of intermediaries, attorneys, tax experts and capital funding sources.
